Access data / server log files
The seller (or his internet provider) collects data on each access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data include: Name of the requested web page, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider. The provider uses the data for statistical analysis, for the purpose of the operation, safety and optimization of the offer. The provider retains the right, however, to check later the log data if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to specific indications.

Handling of personal data
Personal information is information that will help to make a person identifiable, i.e. data that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. However, data on preferences, hobbies, memberships or which web pages were viewed by someone are also personal data. Personal data is only collected by the seller, used and passed on, if permitted by law or the user has consented to the data collection.

Making contact
While contacting the seller (for example via contact form or email) the details of the user are saved in order to process the request and for the case that follow-up questions arise.

Comments and Contributions
When users leave comments or other contributions on the blog, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the safety of the provider, if someone places illegal content in comments and contributions (insults, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider may be held responsible even for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

Integration of services and content of third parties
It can happen that within this on-line offer the contents of third parties integrated from other websites such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics can be included. This always requires that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party") knows the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they could not send content to the browser of each user. The IP address is required in order to present this content. We strive only to use such content, the providers of which are using the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no control over whether the third-party stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as is known to us, we will inform users about this.

Cancellation, changes, corrections and updates,
Users have the right to obtain information free of charge about the personal data stored about them. In addition, the user has the right to correct inaccurate data, blocking and deletion of their personal data, where there is no legal obligation to retain it.
